We're looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, and self starting individual to join our team as a Keyholder. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. This position offers high visibility in both our company and the community, and we will be evaluating your professionalism and ability to work well with others during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Manage employee and customer issues.
- Create delicious beverages and food items.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area to ensure sanitation and safety standards are met.
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks.
- Has strong sense of responsibility over job duties.
- Make food recommendations to customers based on their drink orders.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
