Chesapeake Home Health Care (CHHC) is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care to a 27-year-old female client in Hollywood, Maryland, located in St. Mary’s County.
This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who values consistent overnight hours, one-on-one patient care, and the opportunity to build a meaningful relationship with the client and family.
YOUR SCHEDULE
Sunday–Saturday| 9:30 PM–7:30 AM
Full-Time Overnight Position
Enjoy a consistent schedule while providing focused, individualized nursing care in the comfort of the client's home.
CLIENT CARE
The client is a 27-year-old female with medically complex needs, including:
- G-tube
- Epilepsy without status epilepticus
- Pulmonary hypertension
- Ongoing skilled nursing needs
G-tube/tube-feeding experience is required.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an LPN with CHHC, you will provide skilled, compassionate care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in the client's home
- Administering medications and treatments according to the physician's Plan of Care
- Managing G-tube feedings and related care
- Monitoring and documenting changes in the client's condition
- Performing ongoing nursing assessments
- Maintaining accurate electronic clinical documentation
- Communicating effectively with the client, family/caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary care team
- Following all CHHC clinical, safety, and documentation policies

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Current Maryland LPN License or eligible Compact License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- At least 1 year of tube-feeding/G-tube experience
- Ability to provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care
- Strong assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a home-care setting
- Dependable and professional
Preferred:
- Experience caring for medically complex clients
- Private duty nursing or home health experience
- Experience with G-tube feeding and management
- Pediatric, young adult, or medically fragile client experience
LOCATION
Hollywood, Maryland – St. Mary's County
Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Hollywood, MD 20636 for scheduled shifts.
