We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and enthusiastic Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to join our growing team at Intrinsic Physical Therapy & Wellness. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every patient.
Our front desk team is much more than reception—it is the heart of our clinic. As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you play an essential role in helping people feel welcomed, understood, and cared for throughout their journey.
This position is available as full-time (36–40 hours/week) or may be considered part-time for the right candidate. Typical shifts are 8–9 hours between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on the day.

Intrinsic Physical Therapy & Wellness is a specialty physical therapy practice located in Minnesota, serving patients locally and from across the United States. We specialize in pelvic health, hypermobility disorders, chronic pain, and complex medical conditions that have often been overlooked, undertreated, or misunderstood.

What You'll Do
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely, friendly manner.
- Schedule new and returning patient appointments.
- Manage the daily schedule, including filling cancellations and coordinating follow-up visits.
- Collect patient payments and assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate patient records and organize paperwork.
- Learn about our specialty services so you can confidently answer patient questions.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment, including light cleaning and stocking linens.
- Assist with marketing and other administrative projects as needed.
- Serve as a positive ambassador for Intrinsic Physical Therapy & Wellness in every interaction.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred
- Experience as a receptionist or patient coordinator in a healthcare setting
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
