As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Supply Chain, you'll serve as the bridge between engineering, procurement, suppliers, and program teams to ensure critical equipment is sourced accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
You'll own complex supply chain programs from design through procurement, ensuring engineering intent translates seamlessly into sourcing execution while helping build the supply chain systems that enable unprecedented growth.

What you’ll do…

Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle to ensure equipment specifications are manufacturable, sourceable, and aligned with project schedules.

Translate engineering designs into sourcing-ready Bills of Materials (BOMs), technical specifications, and supplier requirements.

Own BOM accuracy, engineering revisions, and change management across multiple concurrent projects.

Coordinate design changes between engineering, procurement, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Lead supplier qualification efforts by evaluating technical capabilities, production capacity, quality, and lead times.

Review vendor submittals—including shop drawings, cut sheets, testing reports, and technical documentation—to verify compliance with design intent.

Partner with sourcing teams to support supplier selection and procurement strategy.

Drive cross-functional alignment between engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and construction teams.

Help ensure procurement remains ahead of project schedules, enabling accelerated infrastructure deployment.

Identify risks early and proactively develop mitigation plans to keep projects moving forward.

Continuously improve supply chain processes, tools, and workflows that enable scalability.
You should have

Experience working between engineering and procurement organizations.

Strong understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering documentation, and revision control.

Experience supporting supplier qualification and technical vendor evaluations.

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Experience reviewing vendor submittals for compliance with design requirements.

Strong project or program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, energy, semiconductor, or data center projects.

Familiarity with switchgear, transformers, generators, cooling systems, or other critical electrical/mechanical equipment.

Experience using ERP or PLM systems such as SAP, Oracle, Arena, or similar platforms.

Background in technical program management, engineering program management, or supply chain operations.

Experience supporting modular construction or first-of-a-kind manufacturing programs.
