Part Time Office Manager & Dispatcher facilitates the seamless intake of sensitive data and works closely with pick-up and volunteer teams to ensure efficient operations. They ensure accurate documentation, maintain facility organization, and provide in-person and over the phone troubleshooting and/or scheduling to guarantee a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:
· Customer Interaction: Face to Face and Answer customer calls, gather necessary information, provide updates on service technician progress, and maintain good customer relationships.
· Scheduling & Dispatch: Schedule service calls, create service appointments, and assign technicians to jobs based on their expertise and location to maximize efficiency.
· Record Keeping: Maintain updated customer files, track service calls, and document outcomes of each service interaction.
· Logistics Management: Manage technician schedules, coordinate appointments, and sometimes order necessary parts or supplies.
· Problem Resolution: Respond to customer complaints or issues, assist with problem-solving, and help resolve delays in service.
· Working with volunteer teams to maintain in-house organization and efficiency
