Server Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to members and guests in multiple dining rooms

Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery

Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and wine pairings
-
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable
-
Anticipate guests’ needs and address them with professionalism and efficiency

Collaborate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service

Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and club service standards

Assist in training new staff and maintaining a positive team environment
Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills:

Prior serving experience in a restaurant, country club, or fine dining setting preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Professional demeanor with a friendly and positive attitude

Team player with a strong work ethic
-
Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
-
Minimum of one (1) year of serving experience preferred

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Current food handler’s certification (or willingness to obtain if required by law)
