We want a GO-GETTER who is aggressive about success, competitive, confident, and ready to build their own customer base.
You should be comfortable:
- Posting and marketing vehicles on Facebook Marketplace
- Using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and social media to generate leads
- Creating videos and content to promote inventory
- Responding FAST to online customers
- Following up and turning conversations into appointments
- Building your own book of business
- Closing deals and asking for the sale
