Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing different types of flooring materials in residential and commercial settings, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR OF FLOOR COATING EXPERIENCE AS A LEAD INSTALLER
Duties
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas accurately.
- Install various types of resinous flooring materials.
- Prepare subfloors by leveling and cleaning surfaces to ensure proper installation.
- Apply adhesives, caulking, and other materials as needed during the installation process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations on flooring options.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout specifications for installations.
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; perform basic maintenance as needed.
Skills
- Proficiency in flooring installation techniques with experience in various materials.
- Knowledge of construction painting, drywall installation, cabinet installation, buffing, fixture installation, caulking, concrete finishing, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver precise measurements and cuts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during installations.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
