Apartment Leasing Agent
Responsibilities:
--Processing rental applications, conduct background checks, and verify income and rental history.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Collect rent payments and handle any delinquencies or late fees.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, tenant interactions, and financial transactions.
Qualifications:Apartment Leasing Agent
- Previous experience in property leasing is required. Section 8 experience a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable working with property leasing software (e.g., Rent Manager).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and lease agreements.
