Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Pediatric Therapy Staffing & Case Coordination Specialist to support our Early Intervention (EI), CPSE, and CSE programs. This role serves as the central point of coordination for staffing therapy cases, managing provider communication, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring timely case progression from referral through service delivery.

Responsibilities:
Staffing & Provider Coordination
- Coordinate the assignment of therapy cases to providers for EI, CPSE, and CSE programs.
- Communicate with providers regarding new referrals, scheduling, and case details.
- Serve as the primary liaison between providers, service coordinators, school districts, and families regarding staffing updates.
- Maintain and update open case reports and staffing databases to ensure accurate, real-time information.
- Reassign cases promptly when staffing changes occur or service needs change.
- Collaborate with outside agencies and service coordinators to identify staffing opportunities and secure coverage for open cases.
Case Management & Documentation
- Maintain accurate electronic case records within EMR, County Portal, and other applicable systems.
- Upload, organize, and manage all documentation related to assigned cases.
- Monitor inactive cases and complete discharge processes as appropriate.
Experience
- Experience in pediatric therapy, healthcare, special education, case management, or medical administration preferred.
- Knowledge of Early Intervention (EI), CPSE, CSE, or pediatric therapy services is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using electronic documentation systems, and EHR ; ProviderSoft experience is a plus.
- Quickly learns and adapts to new software programs and web-based applications
- Proficient with Google Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
