Position Overview:
Mastercraft Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the operations team by coordinating project planning, scheduling, subcontractor communication, permitting, procurement, documentation, cost tracking, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role helps keep residential construction and property improvement projects organized, on schedule, and aligned with company standards by maintaining accurate project information, supporting internal teams, and communicating clearly with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and field personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Coordinate day-to-day project activities with vendors, subcontractors, internal teams, and field personnel to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Contract Administration: Support project administration by preparing and processing contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, work orders, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project progress by maintaining schedules, tracking costs, reviewing quality items, and updating construction management systems and project databases.
- Estimating & Procurement Support: Assist with project estimating, material takeoffs, bid preparation, permit applications, and procurement activities to support successful project execution.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate project records, including RFIs, submittals, bid logs, material logs, rental logs, and other project tracking documentation.
- Project Closeout: Coordinate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including distributing updated plans, maintaining project files, and managing closeout documents such as as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and blueprints.
- Financial Administration: Review invoices, subcontract documentation, and change orders to ensure accuracy, track approvals, and support payment and project milestone deadlines.
- Compliance & Process Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and project standards while providing administrative and operational support to the project management team.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of applicable experience in residential construction, property services, project coordination, operations support, or a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and follow through on assigned actions.
- Ability to work well and engage with large and diverse teams.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills including the application of logic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under time constraints without compromising quality.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and related project or construction management systems.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel regionally to company meetings, projects, and properties.

- Climbing ladders and working from heights as necessary.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
