Position Overview:
Achieve Better ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children across various age ranges. This role is ideal for a clinician who can provide hybrid supervision (both in-person and remote) tailored to clinical and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hybrid supervision (a combination of in-person and remote, based on clinical and client needs)
Supervise and mentor RBTs with an emphasis on ethical, compassionate, and effective care
Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and residential or group home staff
Modify programming to account for environmental triggers, trauma history, and setting demands
Required Qualifications
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
North Carolina LBA License
Must live in North Carolina, have the ability to relocate or travel
Strong knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
