Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to delivery. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who wants flexibility, strong earning potential, and a low-drama environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and online
- Respond to leads via phone, text, and email
- Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and required paperwork
- Maintain accurate customer and deal records
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience (automotive or non-automotive)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
- Comfortable using basic technology and CRM tools
- Driver’s license not required
