The ideal candidate has 1+ years of litigation experience and:
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Confidence to make court appearances and have client interaction
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
- Trial experience or a genuine desire to litigate (huge plus but not required)
Newly admitted attorneys and/or junior defense-side litigators are highly encouraged to apply! The firm offers hands-on mentorship and support to set you up for success.
