We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented House Manager / Housekeeper to help maintain a private home. This is a live-out position
The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a home very clean, organized, uncluttered, and running efficiently. We are looking for someone proactive who notices what needs to be done without needing constant direction.
Responsibilities
* Thorough daily cleaning and upkeep of the home
* Weekly deep cleaning of the entire home
* Laundry, folding, ironing/steaming, and putting clothing away
* Organizing closets, drawers, cabinets, pantry, and storage areas
* Regular decluttering and maintaining organization throughout the home
* Changing bed linens and maintaining bedrooms and bathrooms
* Keeping the kitchen, appliances, and common areas exceptionally clean
* Restocking household supplies and notifying us when items are needed
* Receiving packages and helping with household errands as needed
* Maintaining household organization systems once established
* Seasonal organization and deeper organization projects as needed
* Keeping the household running smoothly and maintaining a consistently clean, orderly home
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a housekeeper, house manager, or similar private-home position is a must
* Excellent cleaning and organizational skills
* Extremely neat and detail-oriented
* Proactive and able to work independently
* Reliable, punctual, trustworthy, and discreet
* Comfortable working in a family home
* Long-term mindset—we would like someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of the household
