A senior living organization is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead an established community near the North Charleston area.
This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility systems of the community, maintaining the grounds, and providing a safe environment of care for the residents.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Must have a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
- Two years’ experience working in maintenance position
