Position Details:

Responsibilities
- This role is essential to our daily operations. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks required by the company, including but not limited to:
- Hotel Reservations: Managing and coordinating hotel bookings for our tour groups.
- Vehicle Operations: Assisting with transportation and vehicle-related tasks and logistics per DOT and CHP.
- General Operations: Providing support for travel itinerary planning, customer service (phone/email), and general office administrative duties as needed..
Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (Required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the needs of the company.
- A positive attitude and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams.
