Position Summary: TUESDAY - FRIDAY 6:00A -4:00P
The successful candidate must be adaptable, proactive, and capable of responding to production , including potential exposure to fiberglass materials. Associates will make product, inspect, record/report findings, and take appropriate action as needed. This position requires strong math and reading skills, excellent retention abilities, and the willingness to learn and rotate through various work cells to ensure flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of the production process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the production process, including computer work, product manufacturing, inspection, and packaging
- Operate within multiple work cells, rotating as needed to meet production demands and maintain workflow efficiency
- Inspect product for quality, accurately record data, and report findings in accordance with company procedures
- Follow standardized work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality procedures at all times
- Maintain accurate production records, documentation sheets, and computer-based reporting systems

Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to learn multiple processes and adapt to rotating work environments
- Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
Working Conditions
- Manufacturing/production environment with exposure to moving machinery and equipment
- Requires standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motions for extended periods
- May involve lifting materials and products within established safety guidelines
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Fast-paced environment with changing production priorities
