Join our vibrant boutique hotel team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create a welcoming and luxurious environment for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas. Your expertise in BED MAKING, floor care, and overall housekeeping will ensure each guest experiences a pristine and inviting stay. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a dynamic and supportive environment. Extensive stair walking, no elevator.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, EXTENSIVE BED MAKING, bathroom sanitation, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as hallways, lobby, and common spaces to uphold the hotel’s high standards
- Ensure all beds are made to "military like" specifications with attention to detail and presentation
- Conduct floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure guest safety and comfort
- Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens to ensure availability for daily operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping and precise BED MAKING!
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and bed making skills
- Ability to work efficiently independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
- Familiarity with hospitality standards and custodial best practices
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
- Prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is a must

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
