Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (8-Hour Evening Shift)
Local Pay: $33.03/Hourly
Travel Pay: $41.48/Hourly
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered therapies safely and accurately.
Care for residents with conditions including multiple sclerosis (MS), orthopedic conditions, dementia, and memory care needs.
Maintain accurate documentation using Point-Click care electronic medical records.
Float to other units within the same building based on staffing and patient care needs.
Participate in shift reports, interdisciplinary meetings, and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications
Current, active New York Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
Minimum 1 year of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience.
Current BLS certification.
Pay: $33.03 - $41.48 per hour
