Shift: Evenings | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Monday–Friday

Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay Package
Local Contract
- Hourly Rate: $34.56/hr (W-2)
- Weekly Gross: $1,244
Travel Contract
- Blended Pay Rate: $37.98/hr (W-2)
- Weekly Lodging Stipend: $950 (Tax-free, if eligible)
- Weekly Gross: $1,368
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment.
- Set up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
- Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during surgery.
- Ensure proper handling, counting, and sterilization of surgical instruments.
- Maintain strict aseptic technique and infection prevention standards.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers to ensure safe and efficient surgical procedures.
- Assist with patient positioning and preparation before surgery.
Requirements
- Active Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of recent Operating Room/Scrub experience preferred.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical instrumentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operating room environment.
