You're someone who enjoys bringing order to busy days.

Olson Superior Plumbing & HVAC serves Orange County, California, part of the Olson Superior Holdings family of companies. We do plumbing, HVAC, and major systems work, and we do it on a simple conviction, People Over Everything, with four values we actually use: Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence. If you want a place where the standard is real and the people are watched out for, read on.
You keep the trucks moving. You run a portion of the board the Supervisor owns, routing technicians and installers, holding their windows, and slotting emergencies without blowing up the committed day. When you do it right, the field stays busy, customers get served inside their window, and nobody waits in the dark wondering if we are coming. When you do it wrong, a truck sits idle, a customer's afternoon evaporates, and the day starts unraveling. This is the seat that turns the Supervisor's plan into trucks actually arriving on time, every job, every shift.
-
Pick up your portion of the board each morning and launch your trucks on time against the Supervisor's plan.
-
Route technicians so windows hold and drive time between jobs stays tight.
-
Slot emergencies fast to the nearest capable tech without quietly breaking three other promises.
-
Call or message the customer the moment a window is at risk, before the clock runs out, not after.
-
Keep your board true in Housecall Pro and Dorothy in real time as jobs move, start, and close.
-
Reconcile your board at end of shift with zero orphaned or unclosed jobs.
-
Surface idle capacity, staffing gaps, and routing knots to the Supervisor early, while they are still a decision.
-
Keep field supervisors and CXR in the loop on changes that touch their side.
