Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required
Willingness to obtain Class-B CDL
Must be able to work flexible times during the day especially early mornings
Interest in and ability to work with K-12 students
Able physical demands of job
Ability to maintain discipline with all age groups
Effective communication skills with school staff and students
Ability to clean bus/equipment as needed
Ability to perform simple child hygiene as needed
Outstanding references from current and former supervisors
Satisfactory SLED report
Salary Range: School Bus Driver Salary Scale
Length of Contract: 185 days/6 hours per day
Starting Date: Determined by the Transportation Department

Pre-Onboarding Requirements
As a condition of employment and prior to onboarding, the district will conduct a criminal history background check. The recommended candidate will be required to provide personal information necessary to complete the background check such as date of birth, gender, and race to remain in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
