Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting CNC milling and/or turning equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work within tight tolerances for the medical device industry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and set up CNC machines within the department.
- Inspect parts and document results of inspections on in-process inspection plans.
- Continuously monitor equipment and tooling; notify department manager of breakdowns or process disruptions.
- Follow setup sheets, drawings, and CNC programs to ensure accurate part production.
- Assist with training of new team members and operators.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to company safety requirements.
- Ensure assigned activities are performed in accordance with the Seabrook Quality System procedures (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820).
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient with one or more of the following CNC machines: EDM RAM, EDM Wire, Lathe, Mill, Mill-Turn, Swiss.
- Skilled in using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and height gages for dimensional inspection.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to contribute effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Physical Demands
- Light to moderate physical exertion required.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly required to stand, reach, and move about the facility.

Pay: $22.00 - $36.00 per hour
