The Gayle Benson Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
- Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
- Communicate recommended services and timelines clearly
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status
- Upsell additional services when appropriate
- Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships
