We're hiring an experienced line cook who is ready to elevate the guest dining experience by leading in a fast-paced kitchen and mentoring the next generation of culinary talent.

What You'll Do

Guide and mentor entry-level cooks and apprentices so the entire team delivers dishes that meet guest expectations for flavor, presentation, and consistency
Oversee daily prep and production to ensure guests receive timely, high-quality meals throughout breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Execute BOH operations in alignment with F&B procedures and safety standards to protect guest wellbeing and maintain trust in our dining experience
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation so every plate served meets the cleanliness and safety standards guests expect
Support food and labor cost goals to maintain value and quality for guests
Verify ingredient freshness and uphold recipe accuracy, ensuring guests enjoy consistent, well-crafted dishes every visit
Strengthen guest feedback scores by maintaining high standards of food quality, timing, and service reliability
Promote a cooperative, guest-centered team culture that enhances the overall dining experience

What You'll Bring

Hands-on experience with commercial kitchen equipment that supports consistent guest-ready production
Proficiency in sautéing, broiling, frying, roasting, butchery, garde manger and pantry — all essential to delivering a memorable guest experience
Culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred, but not required
Ability to work efficiently and maintain quality during high-volume service periods
