Medical Assistant The Spine & Pain Center | Tulsa, OK | Full Time | Day Shift

What You'll Do

Assist physicians and providers during patient examinations and procedures

Obtain and record patient histories, vital signs, and clinical information in the EMR

Prepare and maintain clean, fully stocked examination and treatment rooms

Administer medications as directed and permitted by state law

Perform basic laboratory tests and operate clinical equipment under provider supervision

Schedule appointments and support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic

Educate patients on medications, follow-up care, and next steps in their treatment

Handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and a service-first mindset

Collaborate across the care team to ensure seamless, coordinated patient care
What We're Looking For
Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of medical assistant experience in a clinical setting

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Ability to perform clinical tasks including vital signs, phlebotomy, and injections

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic
Preferred:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CMA or RMA certification a plus)

Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or a related specialty
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
No nights. No weekends. Half-day Fridays.
