Reflections Counseling, PLLC takes a holistic, individualized approach to supporting clients through mental health challenges and major life transitions across the lifespan. Our clinicians work collaboratively with clients to address concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health needs.
We believe therapy should be tailored to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities.
Position Overview
Reflections Counseling is seeking experienced, independently licensed therapists to join our collaborative private practice team. We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience or advanced training in one or more of the following areas:
- Child & Adolescent Therapy
- OCD & Anxiety Treatment
- CBT, DBT, and/or ACT
- Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
- EMDR
- Trauma-Informed Therapy
- Family Therapy
- Play Therapy or Art Therapy
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Group Therapy
We welcome clinicians with a variety of specialties and clinical backgrounds. Our goal is to match therapists with clients who align with their areas of expertise, clinical interests, and scope of practice.
Qualifications
Candidates must:
- Hold an active, independent clinical license in Illinois, including LCSW, LCPC, LMFT
- Be available to provide a minimum of 15 clinical hours per week
- Have experience and/or advanced training in at least one area of specialization
- Be committed to providing ethical, client-centered, and evidence-based care
- Be comfortable providing both in-person and telehealth services
