Fellows' is a full-service American tavern at Villa Estate Vineyards in Cazenovia, New York. We cook from the region — local farms, honest ingredients, things made by hand. We're a small team that takes the work seriously and takes care of each other.
The Role
Dishwashers keep our kitchen moving. This position is not a footnote in the operation, it is essential to it. We need someone who shows up, stays focused, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
What You'll Do
- Keep up with dishes, glassware, pots, and smallwares throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness of dish area, floors, and kitchen surfaces
- Support prep and line cooks with basic tasks during slower periods
- Receive and organize deliveries as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Compensation & Details
