Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Position Overview
Central Illinois Bakehouse is seeking a dependable and hardworking Weekend Dishwasher to support our production team. This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary bakery environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows food safety standards, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dough bins, mixing bowls, tubs, baking utensils, sheet pans, and other bakery equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dishwashing and production areas.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are used and stored properly.
- Remove trash and recycling and maintain clean disposal areas.
- Help ensure the bakery is prepared for the next day's production.
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and ability to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Positive attitude
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a wet environment and around cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
