Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and excellence. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and custodial tasks across all areas of the facility
- Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff to ensure high performance, adherence to safety protocols, and exceptional service delivery
- Develop work schedules, assign tasks efficiently, and monitor team productivity to meet operational goals
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, kitchens, laundry facilities, and industrial cleaning areas to uphold cleanliness standards
- Implement and enforce safety regulations related to cleaning procedures, chemical handling, equipment use, and workplace safety compliance
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, janitorial equipment, and industrial cleaning tools
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, customer service standards, and new protocols to foster a professional team environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within hospitality or commercial settings with strong supervisory skills
- Extensive knowledge of cleaning methods including industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial best practices
- Hands-on experience with laundry operations and custodial services in hotel or similar environments
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to chemical handling, equipment operation, and workplace safety standards
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management with excellent communication skills
- Ability to organize workflows efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Strong understanding of management principles related to staff supervision and operational oversight
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
