Job Summary
The Superintendent — Commercial is responsible for ensuring structural projects are built according to plan, on time, and under budget. Owns daily production, safety, quality, and crew development on assigned commercial projects.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Ensure assigned projects are built according to plan, on time, and under budget.
- Delegate tasks to Foremen and supervise them and labor personnel — including development, discipline, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and cultivate client relationships in the field.
- Plan, supervise, and inspect work performed daily on job sites.
- Schedule and request job site inspections.
- Manage material takeoff and coordinate delivery.
- Ensure walls and structures are constructed in accordance with plan specifications and company quality standards.
- Monitor daily production and ensure projects meet time deadlines and budgets.
- Communicate and enforce all safe work practices on assigned job sites and conduct weekly toolbox safety talks with crews.
- Coordinate with other subcontractors at job sites.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the General Superintendent.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2)+ years of experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
- Able to read and understand architectural drawings and engineering.
- Pass the Company Driver Approval Process.
- OSHA 30 card required.
- CPR certification required.
- Pass mandatory pre-employment and ongoing drug screening.
- Able to safely work in hot and cold outdoor temperatures on construction job sites.
- Able to read and write in English and/or Spanish at a level sufficient to follow safety instructions, complete documentation, and communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English / Spanish).
- Prior commercial masonry, concrete, or related trade leadership experience.
- Knowledge of structural wall and rock wall construction.
- First Aid certification.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
