We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Storage Facility Associate to join our team full-time. In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily storage facility operations, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily storage facility operations, including unit access control and security procedures
- Assist customers with leasing inquiries, rental agreements, move-ins, and move-outs
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry using property management software
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone while resolving tenant concerns professionally
- Perform routine property maintenance tasks and assist with general facility upkeep
- Handle tenant disputes calmly and professionally while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Promote additional storage solutions and related services to support customer needs
- Maintain organized records, including leases, legal documents, and incident reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service experience required
- Experience with leasing, tenant relations, or property management preferred
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable with administrative tasks including filing, recordkeeping, and data entry
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
