The Residential Caregiver is responsible for providing compassionate, person-centered care and support to residents living in a Level III residential care home. This role assists residents with activities of daily living, promotes independence, implements individualized service plans, and supports residents in achieving personal goals while maintaining their health, safety, and well-being.
The caregiver provides direct personal care, medication administration (as certified), behavioral and emotional support, and assistance with community integration. The position also includes maintaining a safe and organized home environment, completing accurate documentation, and communicating effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
Successful candidates will demonstrate patience, professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals receiving residential services. This role may require flexibility to cover shifts, respond to emergencies, transport residents, and provide hands-on support as needed to ensure continuity of care and household operations.
SHIFT 1: 7am – 3pm - $25/hr.
SHIFT 2: 3pm – 11pm - $26/hr.
SHIFT 3: 11pm – 7am - $27/hr.
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
