Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily management, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive operational excellence. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality while achieving business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding food service and customer experiences.
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations including food preparation, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Manage staffing through interviewing, training, coaching, and staff development to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all areas of the restaurant.
- Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales tracking and reporting.
- Supervise shift management to ensure smooth daily operations and quick resolution of any issues.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on quick service or casual dining.
- Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen management.
- Demonstrated skills in staff training, supervision, and team management.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality excellence.
- Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
