Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive on-site inspections of commercial and residential properties to evaluate risk factors related to fire codes, water damage, mold remediation, and construction standards.
- Utilize digital cameras, GPS devices, and mobile technology to document conditions accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct risk analysis by identifying potential hazards such as water damage or mold growth, recommending mitigation measures to clients.
- Collaborate with clients in order to stick to a created schedule of inspections each day.
- Personal Transportation is required in order to get from each location in a timely fashion .
Experience Preferred
- Experience in loss control or property insurance inspection roles within the commercial or residential insurance sector.
- Familiarity with construction inspection techniques, fire codes and regulations, OSHA standards and implementation.
- Experience with risk management strategies and hazard identification.
- Ability to operate inspection tools such as digital cameras for surveying purposes, GPS devices, and mobile inspection applications effectively.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
