We have an immediate need for a Litigation Attorney at a leading defense firm conveniently located in mid-town Manhattan. This is a full time direct hire opportunity that offers an outstanding salary and benefits package. This position offers a hybrid/remote schedule.
Job Requirements Include:
- 5 to 7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
- Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation.
- Experience in New York State and federal courts.
- Experience drafting and responding to initial pleadings and discovery.
- Experience drafting and arguing motions.
- Experience taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions.
- Experience with real estate and finance matters preferred.
- Trial experience a plus but not required.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
