As a Client Enrollment Associate, you will work directly with local business clients to introduce available services, guide them through the enrollment process, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. The Client Enrollment Associates role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and developing professionally in a business-to-business environment.
What You’ll Do as a Client Enrollment Associate
- Engage with local business clients to explain available services and answer questions
- Guide clients through the enrollment and account setup process step-by-step
- Identify business needs and recommend solutions that support operational goals and cost efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, enrollments, and account updates
- Build strong relationships with business clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on communication, client relations, and professional development
