- Property Expertise: Conduct sophisticated property valuations and market analyses, demonstrating an in-depth understanding of high-end homes, condos, and estates across key South Florida areas (e.g., Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach).
- Showings & Listings: Present luxury properties with poise and professionalism, host open houses, and effectively manage the entire listing process from contract to close.
- Negotiation: Expertly negotiate complex deals, ensuring the best possible outcome for our discerning clientele.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house marketing team to execute bespoke, high-impact marketing campaigns for luxury listings.
