Summary
The Client Coordinator is responsible for supporting clients in maintaining consistent engagement with their recovery services by ensuring timely attendance at appointments, fostering accountability, and coordinating care with internal teams and external agencies. This role works closely with the Program Manager to arrange transportation and ensure clients’ care is effectively supported. Within this role you will be responsible for transporting Clients to various Full Circle locations.
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm
with paid lunch
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate client transportation in collaboration with the Program Manager to ensure timely arrival at scheduled appointments, treatment sessions, and other required services. This position requires driving.
- Maintain frequent communication with clients to encourage follow-through with treatment plans and to promote accountability for attendance and participation.
- Document client interactions, appointment schedules, transportation logs, and any issues affecting client engagement.
- Identify and report concerns related to client attendance, barriers to engagement, or unmet needs to appropriate clinical or supervisory staff.
- Use basic computer systems for scheduling, communication, and recordkeeping.
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with company standards and confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in client coordination, case management, recovery support, or related work strongly preferred
- Basic proficiency with computer applications including email, scheduling systems, and electronic documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- This position may require the use of a Company or personal vehicle. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and possess the ability to comply with company auto insurance policy
