A growing US Mail Hauler in the Western Region is looking for a Class A Tractor Trailer Truck Driver. US MAIL Experiences strongly Preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Licensing and Certifications :
- Must be 25 years or older.
- Must have good driving record (MVR)
- Possession of a valid Commercial Class A Driver’s License.
- 3 years or more of recent Class A driving experience.
- Must have exposure to inclement weather and use of snow chains.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- Ability to pass USPS background check.
- Must submit to drug testing and a criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical including functional capacity exam.
Daily Operational Detail:
- Driver start with a Box Truck from the yard and live load/unload at various stops
- Liftgate experience and ratchet straps required
- Runs are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week: Night and weekends
Schedule:
- Average hours per week: 16-28 hrs per week
- Shift examples: 8:30pm-4:30am Approx 8 hours shift
- We work during Holidays. Holiday Pay + Trip Pay
- Work Days: Must be available any day. 2-3 Days per week
- Days OFF: 5-4 Days off
Compensation:
- Salary dependent upon experience
- 90 Day Probationary Period to receive Benefits
- No Overtime compensation
