WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You will spend your days running structured Zoom interviews and keeping pipelines organized. This is focused, in-office work where you will:
- Conduct 5 to 10 Zoom interviews each day
- Evaluate communication, professionalism, and overall fit
- Keep clean notes and statuses inside GoHighLevel
- Provide clear next steps that keep candidates moving
- Work with CSAs and CSMs to support client needs
- Communicate through phone, SMS, and email with professionalism
Every interview builds your judgment, speed, and skill.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
- First Year Recruiters: $50,000 to $65,000 with performance-based bonuses
- Experienced Recruiters: $60,000 to $90,000 based on results
- Advancement: CSA to CSM to Team Lead as metrics improve
