Position Overview
We are hiring an Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role involves working directly with customers in a retail setting to promote products, assist with account setup, and support overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in person to present products and services
- Assist with new account creation and customer support
- Represent client brands during in-store marketing efforts
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- Support daily store operations and customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18+
- High school diploma or GED required
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus
