We are seeking a detail-oriented Branch Office Clerk to support daily branch operations. This role is responsible for reconciling end-of-shift delivery paperwork, ensuring payments are accurately applied to sales invoices, coding product returns, and finalizing route information and bank deposits. The position helps keep branch records accurate, complete, and organized. Work hours are 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Our Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Clerical or customer service experience preferred.

- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute and use a 10-key by touch.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use Word, Excel, and SAP.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret complex reports and documents and solve highly complex problems or issues from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of internet navigation.
Your Responsibilities
- Research and resolve missing invoice report on daily basis for driver invoices.
- Responsible for balancing and applying payment for driver invoices.
- Process daily deposits
- Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals.
- Responsible for daily reconciliation and cleanup of driver invoices.
- Greeting guest, walk-in customers and coworkers and making sure guests are comfortable while waiting.
- Responsible for scanning of all Purchase Orders and transfer invoices.
- Responsible for daily billing of orders for delivery including review and corrections of orders and edits.
- Process orders: input data and assist with resolving order issues.
- Enter all inventory adjustments accurately and timely.
- Ensure invoices and pick sheets are generated hot shot orders per guidelines.
- Set up and maintain customer account information (e.g., terms, state regulatory permit updates, etc.)
- Responsible for month-end processes and future orders.
- Work with customers regarding order and delivery information.
- Support physical inventory as needed.
- Mail Distribution
- Check inventory level of office supplies and restock as needed
- Support shared office spaces by preparing meeting rooms and assisting with light cleanup as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physical demands with activity may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
- May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 25lbs
