Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days (performance and attendance requirements apply)
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our weekend operations. You will play a vital role in the upkeep, diagnostic repair, and optimization of our production machinery and facility infrastructure to ensure our manufacturing processes remain safe and highly productive.
This position is ideal for a practical maintenance expert who possesses a deep mechanical background and has successfully managed industrial equipment within a manufacturing setting.
Core Responsibilities-
Identify and resolve complex issues involving mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and facility systems.

Ensure the longevity of production machinery, motors, pumps, compressors, and conveyors through expert repair.

Help minimize downtime by efficiently disassembling, inspecting, and replacing worn or failing parts.

Optimize equipment output by performing precise alignments, adjustments, and lubrication.

Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to maintain operational health.

Support facility fabrication needs through welding and minor machining tasks.

Utilize various power and hand tools along with precision instruments in a safe, proficient manner.

Contribute to general facility upkeep, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.

Assist in basic electrical troubleshooting under the guidance of senior staff.

Manage inventory needs by requesting necessary maintenance supplies and replacement components.

Document all maintenance activities and repairs to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly adhering to all regulatory and company safety protocols.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience-
Proven track record in mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair.

Solid understanding of industrial maintenance methodologies and machinery.

Practical knowledge regarding mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Capacity to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation.

Experience in executing corrective and preventative maintenance within industrial or manufacturing facilities.

Proficiency in welding and fabrication is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience working with PVC, CPVC, and black steel piping.

Familiarity with conveyor systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

Technical certifications or specialized training in maintenance.
Physical Requirements-
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift.

Comfortable working around industrial machinery and in a manufacturing environment.
