What You’ll Do
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Follow and implement curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm
- Support developmental milestones through play‑based learning
- Assist with potty training (Toddler/Pre‑K roles)
- Communicate positively with families
- Sit on the floor, engage in hands‑on activities, and lift up to 20 lbs
- Work collaboratively with coworkers — must be a team player
- Bring maturity, reliability, and joy to the classroom every day
Requirements
- Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check
- Must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and actively engage with children
- Dependable, mature, creative, and able to follow curriculum
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Love for children is a MUST
