Position Summary
Med Staff Home Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated team of home health professionals. The PRN OT will provide high-quality, individualized therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role is ideal for an OT looking for flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact on patients’ independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct in-home patient evaluations and assessments to determine functional status and therapy needs.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on clinical findings and patient goals.
● Deliver therapeutic interventions focused on improving ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), safety, and mobility.
● Provide caregiver training and education to ensure continuity of care and support at home.
● Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Medicare, state, and company guidelines.
● Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
● Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications
● Current, active license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Missouri.
● Minimum of one (1) year of home health experience preferred.
● Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.
● Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
