Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications and customer requests.
- Ensure all meat is handled safely and stored properly to maintain freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, saws, and grinders safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food production and service.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with special requests.
- Monitor inventory levels of meat products and communicate needs for restocking.
- Follow all health regulations and company policies related to food handling.
