We're looking for a talented Brand Designer to own the visual execution across our YouTube channels, paid advertising, social media, physical products, retail stores, and marketing campaigns.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role. You'll work directly alongside our marketing team, receiving feedback in real time rather than through a ticketing system. We're looking for someone with exceptional taste who can take a simple concept, create compelling visuals with minimal direction, and iterate quickly.
What You'll Do
Content & Social
- Design and iterate YouTube thumbnails for long-form and short-form content across multiple channels
- Create graphics for social media campaigns and platform-specific content
- Design website banners, landing page assets, and promotional graphics
Advertising
- Design high-performing static ads across multiple formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9)
- Adapt campaign creative across all required sizes and placements
- Produce seasonal promotions, sales campaigns, and branded marketing assets
Product & Print
- Design original artwork for custom orders and other branded products
- Create graphics and additional physical product artwork
- Retouch and edit professional product photography
- Design in-store signage, Customer Leaflets, event materials, billboards, and other large-format graphics
Collaboration & Process
- Maintain consistency with visual identity, typography, and color systems
- Organize design assets with clear naming conventions in Google Drive
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to refine creative through rapid feedback
- Communicate project progress proactively and identify creative challenges before they affect deadlines
- Bring fresh ideas that elevate projects beyond the initial brief
What We're Looking For
- Portfolio required. Your work matters more than your resume.
- 2+ years of professional design experience, or an exceptional portfolio that demonstrates equivalent ability
- Strong typography, layout, composition, and overall visual judgment
- Ability to work independently from a brief while responding quickly to feedback
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of print production, including bleed, CMYK, resolution, and production-ready file preparation
- Professional photo editing and retouching skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Degree not required we hire based on the quality of your work.
Bonus Qualifications
- Illustration or digital artwork creation
- Experience editing short-form or long-form video
- Figma experience, particularly with design systems and component libraries
Location: On-site in Phoenix, AZ (not remote)
Reports to: Director of Content & Marketing
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
