What You'll Do
As a Housekeeper, you'll play an important role in the daily life of our residents by helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Clean resident apartments, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Make beds and replenish linens and supplies as needed.
- Ensure resident rooms and community spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Safely use cleaning products and equipment according to company procedures.
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to support excellent resident care.
- Treat every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect.
What We're Looking For
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- A positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done.
- Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- A genuine desire to help create a comfortable home for seniors.
